1. Acceptance
By using MindSpacer ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for a single person. Don't share your credentials or let anyone else access your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has approved your use of the Service.
3. What you can do
You may use MindSpacer to create, review, and manage your study content for personal or educational purposes. You retain full ownership of any content you create.
4. What you can't do
- Use the Service to store or distribute illegal content
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
- Use automated tools to create accounts or interact with the API beyond normal app usage
- Resell or redistribute the Service
5. Paid plans
Premium and Unlimited plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for at least one billing cycle after any change.
6. Fair use
The "Unlimited" plan provides generous AI usage limits intended for individual study. Automated or bulk usage that significantly exceeds normal individual use may be rate-limited or suspended after notice.
7. Your data
You own your content. We don't claim any rights over the knowledge items, notes, or other material you create. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.
You can export your data at any time. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.
8. Availability
We aim for high uptime but can't guarantee the Service will be available 100% of the time. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We're not liable for any loss caused by downtime.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after giving reasonable notice. You can delete your account at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
MindSpacer is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
